Tell The Wife that I have an excellent one for Cheddar Batter Bread, which is the most amazing cheese bread there ever was. You can use it for garlic bread, sandwiches, toasted with butter, or just to munch on. I also have a good one for Buttermilk White, smooooooth. And a dried fruit bread that everyone here loves.
Baking is the Best.
